Ingham-Okoboji  BEYOND Ministries

 

Ingham-Okoboji is not just interested in the short time you spend at camp. It is a reality that too often families, individuals, youth, and even church leaders struggle when it comes to integrating intentional faith and discipleship to Jesus into everyday life. We want to play a role in nurturing and facilitating steps in faith and discipleship BEYOND the camp experience. 

 

BEYOND Ministries exists to: 

 

1) enrich and deepen faith and discipleship of families, youth, and individuals in home and daily life and 

 

2) enhance the work of Christian leaders through regular online communication and workshops/retreats that give exposure to relevant and useful content, resources, and practical tools that enhance Biblical understanding and leadership to meet the challenges of living out faith in our world.

Some things we offer:

• BEYOND Weekly: a thoughtful and challenging reflection on engaging faith with daily life, sent out every Thursday through email. You can sign up for it here.

• BEYOND Ministries website: contains useful blogs and resources for families, youth, and church leaders, as well as housing our ongoing follow-up materials for faith development after your camp experience. Check it out here. 

• IOLBC BEYOND app: Providing daily scripture verses delivered to your phone at your scheduling and convenience to encourage you in your faith. Optional devotional readings are also available through the app. Available in Apple App Store and Google Play Store

• Ministry, Leadership, and Worship Workshops: Held onsite or in churches, these workshops are designed to encourage, equip, and empower adults to keep passing on faith to the next generation and grow deeper in personal faith.
